What AI is not
AI output is generated automatically and may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. It must not be treated as a substitute for human review or professional judgment.
Human responsibility
FNI SRL remains responsible for its services and contractual commitments, but only as defined in signed agreements — not through informal website or chat interactions.
No legal, accounting, or security advice
AI responses do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, cybersecurity, or professional advice.
Data handling
Interactions may be processed to generate responses, improve quality, detect abuse, and secure the platform. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless a written agreement applies.
Accuracy limitations
Model outputs can hallucinate or misstate facts. Always verify important information directly with FNI SRL.
